Pencils had lead smeared on the body of the pencil and I could not clean it off otherwise it was good.

I KNOW back to school time was hectic for you, I'm sure. And the mail is not what it used to be. But, it seemed that it took longer than normal for personalization items. Again, I do think it was the timing. Great gift!
